Actual Job: Have Scaffold erected, remove 50 year old iron and leadhead nails, replace several rotten/broken roof purlins, install bullnose verandah purlins to bring up to current building code, install Covertek 401 Roofing underlay, supply and fit new Colorsteel in Mist Green; Rainaway to remove old and install new Colorsteel guttering and downpipes in Cloud. Scaffold removed. Site tidy... daily contact with client, via text and calls to ensure safety of home-owners and family.
Variation Orders sent and approved in writing when necessary.
