Brief from Client: Restore Two-Storey Home from Gutter-line Up to Former Glory including Dormers, and Spouting.

Sub-Contractors: Scafit, Rainaway.

Actual Job: Have scaffold erected, remove 50 year old iron and leadhead nails on top storey roofs; replace several rotten/broken roof purlins, replace several pieces of fascia board as rotten, supply and install downpipes for dormer spouting (none previously.. draining onto roof); install Covertek
401 Roofing underlay, supply and fit new Colorsteel top roof in Karaka; Scafit returned to remove top storey scaffold; bottom level of house – same process. Once roofing complete Rainaway to remove old and install new Colorsteel spouting in Karaka. Scaffold removed. Site tidy... daily
