Brief from Client: Replace Classroom Roof into .55 Grey Friars/Replace Smoke Clearlite with Ultrasafe Clears as per Ministry of Education Guidelines. Clean Gutters and Replace 65mm Downpipes with 80mm. Provide Photographic Evidence for School Owners.

Sub-Contractors: Scafit.

Actual Job: Have scaffold erected in school holidays to ensure safety of students, entire site cordoned off with “danger tape”; remove 20 year old galvanised iron and tek screws; install timbers where required for bottom screwline, replace sarking timbers where rotten ; install Covertek 401
Roofing underlay, supply and fit new Colorsteel Maxx .55 as per Ministry of Education Guidelines for Schools; Clean all spouting on building inside and out, refall gutter to rainhead; replace 65mm downpipes with 80mm downpipes; Remove non-compliant smoke clearlite over verandah and
replace with Ultrasafe Clears. Once roofing complete Scaffold removed. Site tidy.
